The 5-MeO-DMT “Diagnostic Round”
Feeling inspired to discourse on this topic, I've just released this video where I dive deep into the topic of the "Diagnostic Round" when working with 5-MeO-DMT.
At the most basic level, it's the idea that, because a large "full-release" dose of 5-MeO-DMT is so categorically different from small and medium doses, we don't really know how anyone will react or successfully dissolve the ego and surrender until faced with the full nondual energetic onslaught. However, the "diagnostic," when framed within the context of nondual energetic therapy, is more nuanced and sophisticated than that. When the somatic expression and embodiment of ego-structured duality versus non-ego-structured nonduality is properly understood and monitored, the "diagnostic round" provides direct and immediate information regarding how best to proceed, what kinds of coaching are most applicable, and where advice and adjustments can be introduced to help the client move more deeply into their experience and receive greater benefit from the medicine. Of central importance here is the distinction between the embodiment of egoic patterns that show up asymmetrically in the body versus the open bilateral symmetry and spontaneous movements of the nondual state of embodied energy. There is a distinct phenomenology that is empirical, easily observable, testable, and repeatable. And significantly, there's no spirituality, metaphysics, or beliefs involved. As such, this is a direct and immediate methodology and interpretive lens that generates clear results and actionable applications in real-time and can be applied by both facilitators and participants alike to create meaningful progress, change, and transformation that allows for more direct integration and relief from unconscious patterns, beliefs, and suppressed traumas/emotions/behaviors.
