In this video I get into the topic of embodied nondual energetics with 5-MeO-DMT, and more specifically, how the ego is most often embodied through physical asymmetries and how, in the ego-dissolved nondual state, the body spontaneously exhibits bilateral symmetry. Because of this fundamental difference, individuals can intentionally use embodied symmetry to lessen the persistent energetic patterning of the ego, decrease the likelihood of the ego holding on, resisting, and fighting, and more effectively move into the nondual state beyond the apparent separation of subject and object and the appearance of the character of the individuated self. Because this approach is so effective, it provides direct evidence that nondual states of being are more properly understood as energetic in nature than relating to "spirituality," beliefs, metaphysics, or anything that isn't immediately embodied and experienced directly in one's being. No spirituality is needed, no complex metaphysics - just awareness of how the body is expressing energy and a persistent return to the "neutral position" of open, relaxed, bilateral symmetry. This also provides a lens through which one can assess participants' ability to relax, trust, and let go, and gives facilitators tools for coaching, feedback, and helping their clients to maximize the nondual potential of the 5-MeO-DMT experience. Once you learn this distinction between symmetry and asymmetry, it holds the power to revolutionize the way you approach embodied energetics and is applicable across all psychedelic medicines and embodied life in general outside of any psychedelic sessions. Symmetry is THE KEY!
